Booking Cancellation

【报名单堂课】：

- 所有名额付费后才会保留，付费之后恕不退款

- 由于费用、准备和材料成本，遗憾地通知您，如果您无法参加（包括因病），您的预订将无法退款或改期。不过，您可以将您的票转让给他人。如需更改预订人名，请发送电子邮件至admin@myfunplaystudio.com。

 

[Single Class Registration] :

- All slots will be reserved only after payment. Payments are non-refundable once made.

- Due to charges, preparation and material costs, unfortunately your booking is non-refundable or non-changeable should you no longer be able to attend  (including for illness). However you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email admin@myfunplaystudio.com with any name changes should you pass on your booking.

- 拥有配套的家长预约后可以享有改期的优待。如果您需要缺课，请在课程开始前至少48小时登录网站取消预约。48小时内将无法取消预约。不过，您仍然可以将您的名额转让给他人。请及时通知负责人如有任何变动。

- Parents with packages can enjoy rescheduling privileges after booking. If you need to miss a class, please log in to the website and cancel at least 48 hours in advance before the class time. It will be non-cancellable within 48 hours. However, you will still be able to pass on your slot to others. Please inform class leader regarding any changes.
