1. Sensory Development:

Our classes engages seven senses (touch, sight, smell, taste, hearing, vestibular & proprioception ) as children explore different textures and various substances. This sensory stimulation supports their cognitive development and enhances their understanding of the world around them.

  感官发展: 我们的课程通过让孩子探索不同的质地和各种物质,涉及七种感官(触觉、视觉、嗅觉、味觉、听觉、前庭感觉和本体感觉)。这种感官刺激支持他们的认知发展,增强他们对周围世界的理解。

 

2. Creativity and Imagination:

Our unstructured play encourages creativity and imaginative thinking as children experiment with materials in open-ended ways. It allows them to express themselves freely and develop problem-solving skills as they explore different ways to manipulate and interact with the materials.

3. Physical Development:

Engaging in messy play often involves gross and fine motor skills. Pouring, scooping, squeezing, and mixing materials help strengthen muscles and improve coordination. Activities like digging, splashing, and molding also contribute to physical development and spatial awareness.

   肢体发展: 我们鼓励大运动技能和小运动技能。倒、铲、挤压和混合材料有助于强化肌肉,提高协调能力。挖掘、溅水和塑造等活动也促进了身体发展和空间意识。

 

4. Social Skills:

We provide chances where children learn to share space and materials, take turns, and cooperate with others. It provides opportunities for communication and language development as they discuss their experiences and negotiate roles in play scenarios.

  社交技能: 我们提供机会让孩子学会分享空间和材料,轮流参与,并与他人合作。这为他们提供了沟通和语言发展的机会,因为他们讨论自己的经验,并在游戏情境中协商角色。

 

5. Emotional Regulation:

Our classes allow children to experience a range of emotions in a safe and controlled environment. It can be calming and therapeutic, helping children manage stress and anxiety. It also fosters resilience as they learn to cope with unexpected outcomes and challenges.

6. Cognitive Skills:

Through play, children engage in hands-on learning experiences that stimulate curiosity and problem-solving abilities. They learn about cause and effect, trial and error, and basic principles of the world through simple experiments and observations.

7. Confidence Building:

Mastering new skills and overcoming challenges during messy play builds self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment. Children gain independence as they learn to explore and experiment on their own terms, fostering a positive attitude towards learning.

 自信心建立: 在课堂上掌握新技能并克服挑战,有助于建立孩子的自信心和成就感。孩子们通过自主探索和实验,获得独立性,培养了积极的学习态度

8. Artistic & Holistic Development:

Inspired by Reggio and Waldorf philosophy, we hope to introduce a high emphasis on artistic exposure including artistic activities and these activities are considered integral to developing a child's capacity for self-expression and original thinking.​

 艺术和整体发展: 受到雷吉奥和华德福教育理念的启发,我们希望高度重视艺术的培养,包括艺术活动,这些活动被视为发展孩子自我表达和独立思维能力的重要组成部分。

 

9. Environmental Awareness:

We often provide natural materials and encourages respect for the environment. Children learn about sustainability, recycling, and the importance of caring for their surroundings while engaging with nature.

  环境意识: 课堂上通常涉及自然材料,鼓励孩子尊重环境。孩子们学习可持续性、回收利用,以及在与自然互动时照顾周围环境的重要性。

 

Overall, we wish to provide a holistic approach to learning and development, nurturing various aspects of a child's growth while allowing them to have fun and explore their interests freely, and to learn about the world.
